The John Marshall Law School, Federalist Society, presents a discussion of Gundy v. United States and the Non-Delegation doctrine featuring scholar Todd Gaziano from the Pacific Legal Foundation. Oral arguments before SCOTUS occurred October 2, 2018, and Todd was there. The non-delegation rule prohibits Congress from delegating its lawmaking power to another branch. How broadly can Congress phrase its legislation and how much can it delegate to regulatory agencies?
